Customer Engagement Committee

The Customer Engagement Committee addresses the questions of engagement, loyalty, retention, and customer win-back for the benefit of all UK marketers and consumers.

They examine the interplay of creativity, data, planning, and technology through the development of research, identifying key trends in market behaviour, and curating events and roundtables.​

The committee achieves this and its other work on DMA materials with three hubs:​

  • Research: To promptly review the Customer Engagement and Future Trends research at each stage, giving feedback to the DMA to ensure the best possible product​

  • MarTech: Create a brief and parameters for a Marketing Technology masterclass​

  • Planning: Champion good customer planning and educate young marketers that there is a good career in customer planning/planning both agency and client sides
