At the DMA, we don’t just work in data and marketing, we help shape its future.
The DMA is a small not for profit organisation with around 50 employees but when you join the DMA you join a community of 27,000 people all working towards improving how marketers serve their customers.
Our values at the DMA are to be helpful, inspiring, genuine, and innovative and they underpin everything we do. They shape how we treat one another, how we support our members and how we contribute to the wider marketing community. They’re reflected in our daily work and in the decisions we make.
