Customer Data Council

The Customer Data Council inspires every business to put customer data at the heart of all they do.

They put the customer first by educating marketers on how to collect, store, manage, analyse, and apply customer data in all their work. ​

They build the Customer Data Workstream, which draws on insights from the DMA’s Effectiveness Databank of effectiveness measures to demonstrate the impact of customer data on the entire marketing function, part of the ‘Value of’ series, entitled ‘Value of Customer Data’. They answer questions like "How can customer data break free from the CRM silo and be used to build brands and acquire customers?"
