Motivated to get a career in Marketing? Thankfully, there are lots of ways to get into Marketing. One pathway is to complete a T Level. You don’t have to have a T Level to get a role in Marketing, but the skills you will learn are extremely useful.

T Levels are 2-year qualifications. They’re a more technical, highly specialised alternative to A Levels, post 16 education options and apprenticeships.

T Levels have been designed with business so that they give you the appropriate skills and knowledge to succeed in your chosen sector. Unlike A Levels, you only pick one T Level subject. This gives you the chance to study one subject in depth and start to specialise in your chosen career.

T Levels also offer a 45-day employed placement. This is an excellent opportunity to learn on the job skills and get relevant work experience. You’ll spend 80% of your time in the classroom and 20% on your placement. T Levels are designed to be practical and vocational rather than wholly  based on academic study. You’ll do a mix of coursework, exams and placements. T Levels enable you to get a taste of the sector you want to work in and learn on the job while you continue your studies. One T Level is equivalent to three A Levels when it comes to UCAS points.
