This helps create representative, authentic marketing, fulfilled marketers, and drives responsible growth.

The DMA Talent Committee brings together senior marketers, talent leads and HR professionals to shape the future of marketing careers. They champion the DMA’s People Principle, support members in building diverse, skilled teams, raise awareness of marketing careers, forecast future skills needs, and guide both recruitment practice and education policy.
