Learning Solutions Executive

We’re looking for a Learning Solutions Executive to manage the development of courses and qualifications from concept to delivery—online, face-to-face, and blended.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with clients and subject matter experts to create engaging, accurate, and compliant learning content, support assessments, and ensure an exceptional learner experience. You’ll also brief marketing, track budgets, and coordinate corporate client projects.
The ideal candidate is organised, creative, and a strong communicator with excellent copywriting skills. You’ll thrive under pressure, juggle multiple projects, and bring a passion for learning and user experience. Experience in education or marketing is a bonus, but not essential for a fast learner.
The role is full time (37.5 hours per week) based in Holborn, London, but with a hybrid working arrangement (minimum of two days in the office).
