Having held roles at Digital Impact, Acxiom & Havas EHS  and worked with clients such as HP, Nokia, BAA, Harley Davidson, and London & Partners to help them acquire, engage, retain and grow customer relationships.  .  Matthew is a frequent speaker at industry events, a regular judge at the DMA awards and has served on the email council, both elected and in 2013 co-opted, where he has been an active member of the Benchmarking Hub.
