DMA North
The DMA North regional manager and the Regional Council represent the interests of DMA members in the North with particular focus on business development, best practice, events and PR.
The DMA's objective is ‘to maximise value for our members, whilst maintaining and enhancing business and consumers' trust and confidence in the direct marketing industry.’

David Patrick, Yes Agency David is Managing Director of Yes Agency which he founded in 2011. His award-winning Midlands agency pioneered a new approach to marketing - Community Maketing - which provides solutions to the education, enterprise, employment and training sectors. David is a Director of Nottingham Credit Union, a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing and sits on the DMA North Council. | |
Steven Dole, 2Touch Steven has worked in the outsourcing sector since 1993, specialising in multi-channel contact ventre, warehousing and fulfilment, response handling and data analytics. Howard Masters, Kanjo Born and brought up in Kenya. Read economics at Exeter University. Started out working life as an economist, and then became a market analyst. Married into Yorkshire farming family, and moved north. Several years in B2B marketing and from there to a large maril order company. And finally into the agency world, mainly at Rapp. Set up new agency, Kanjo in 2007.

| Carl Garnett, St Ives Group Carl has worked for more than 17 years in Direct Marketing and multi-channel production; his experience spans all forms of direct communication, from traditional print and direct mail through to digital and e-commerce solutions. Carl now heads the Direct Marketing proposition for St Ives Group, one of the largest marketing services businesses in the UK. His current key focus is centred around developing data driven services for St Ives along with its latest acquisitions, utilising changing technology to help customers communicate more effectively and improve their ROI in the changing environment. |
