Compliance Team

The Compliance Team works closely with members to help them achieve compliance with the DM Code of Practice (3rd edition)
The team helps, supports and guides members in complying with the DM Code, achieving best practice, as well as offering practical advice and monitoring compliance. The team oversees member self-assessment and certification, and also has a responsibility to investigate any complaints made against members on instructions from the Direct Marketing Commission .
