Awareness Seminars

One of the most successful ways in which we can help you understand more about the DMA, our Code of Practice and Compliance requirements, is through attendance at one of our Compliance Awareness Seminars.
It is a condition of the Code, and therefore of membership, that the designated member compliance officer attend one of these seminars. These seminars last half a day and are free of charge.

The Compliance Awareness Seminars cover the following topics:

  • Best Practice
  • The Preference Services
  • The Direct Marketing Commission
