Details: The fifth annual Marketing-GAP Study is the direct marketing industry’s only tracking study, has been run each year since 2005. The Tracker looks at consumer usage of and attitudes to direct marketing and monitors how closely marketers are keeping in touch with changes in consumer motivation and tastes.
