The Telephone Preference Service (TPS) Report on Unwelcome Calls 2008
Details: In 2005 Brookmead Consultancy was commissioned by TPS to undertake a wide ranging review of the extent and nature of all unwelcome calls in the UK. TPS consequently re-commissioned Brookmead Consulting in autumn 2008 to repeat and extend the original research and obtain an update on the extent to which the industry is complying with these new regulations.
