Legal & Compliance

Our in-house legal team provides our members with free legal advice on direct marketing issues and industry legislation. The compliance services team helps our members to follow the DM Code of Practice, which is a condition of membership.

Taking the lead on all postal matters that impact on direct marketing, our postal affairs department ensures the interests of the sector are represented.
