The Response Management Council aims to provide both industry and consumers alike with a universal professional, effective, legal and value for money service for all aspects of response management, irrespective of the medium of communication.

Joanne Varey, Granby Marketing Services Managing director, Joanne has over 18 years’ experience in all areas of response management, with overall site responsibility of Granby Marketing Services. Joanne has worked with many Blue Chip clients including Coca-Cola, Sainsbury’s, Kimberly Clark, COI and Transport for London. The solutions provided have ranged from implementing full loyalty programmes to inbound and outbound telemarketing activities. |

John Dyson, Response Generation Ltd John started his career as an ad agency copywriter and later held marketing management positions with British Leyland and Kingfisher. He founded Parade Mailing Ltd in 1977, and in 1986 set up Parade Telemarketing Ltd. The two companies were later combined, with John as managing director. John is now director of response consultancy Response Generation Ltd. |
