Data Council

The DMA’s Data Council aims to provide DMA members with thought leadership, practical advice and drive policy development across the entire data space.

 Mark Roy Mark Roy, The Read Group Plc After starting out as a professional actor, Mark moved into publishing, advertising and marketing. In 1991, using £25,000 of his own money, Mark founded The REaD Group. Having effectively started and run the suppression industry for the past 15 years, Mark has championed best practice, consumer responsibility and quality data.

 Caroline Kimber Caroline Kimber, SFW Caroline Kimber, Stepens Francis Whitson Caroline’s first real exposure to data came at data owner and analytics consultancy, CACI. After CACI, Caroline joined Wegener as group marketing director, where she managed the online, viral and affiliate data acquisition programme. She moved to the agency side after freelancing at Rapier and joined Stephens Francis Whitson as head of data planning in 2008.
