Councils and Committees

Generating better business ideas
DMA Councils and Committees define and energise our strategy and activities, creating a strong framework for building better business. Responding to the needs of Interest Groups, they concentrate their knowledge and experience on a wide range of issues, from benchmarking and best practice to legislation and litigation. DMA member focus groups provide valuable research and feedback. Working parties and sub-committees take policy forward and explore the potential of new ideas. Each Council has anything from 6 to 15 elected members and develops an annual business plan in line with the DMA's Strategic Business Programmes. Election to a Council is open to any executive from a DMA member company who is also a member of the associated Interest Group.
