The DMA, in association with BSI, is offering its members a training and certification scheme to assist with the implementation of ISO 14001.

ISO 14001 is an international management standard that specifies a process for controlling and improving a company’s environmental performance and is designed to address the delicate balance between maintaining profitability and reducing environmental impact. The scheme will help members gain the competitive advantage of environmental transparency and accountability as well as help save approximately £2,000 in reduced rates.

Participation Media 2007: The Consumer Experience of Direct Marketing
