Annual Compliance Questionnaire
Members are required to complete an Annual Compliance Questionnaire reporting on their performance in relation to the DM Code of Practice (3rd edition). The deadline for completion is Friday 28 March 2008.

Annual Compliance Questionnaire
The sections of the questionnaire below are tailored to specific industry categories and will reflect the relevant sections of the Code, based upon a member's promoted service classifications.
Members should complete questionnaires for those sectors in which they have offered a service or advice within the last trading year.

The Online Compliance Questionnaire is only available to member organisation Compliance Officers and their designated colleagues. If you are authorised to begin completing the questionnaire, please log in to the website with your username (email) and password, and you will see the questionnaires that are required to be completed.
