A Certificate will be issued on attendance of the DMA Compliance Awareness Seminar - section 3.2

This will also signify the recipient's acceptance of the responsibilities as outlined in 'The Role of the Compliance Officer' - section 3.1

Upon completion of Annual Compliance Questionnaire, and subject to attaining the required level of compliance, a Member Compliance Certificate will be issued.

This certificate will be issued on an annual basis and must be displayed in a prominent position, reference should be made to it in company literature indicating the member's compliance to the DM Code of Practice (3rd Edition).
