Company founder Jens Moeller has more than 15 years of project experience with some 40 leading organisations and 6 years at one of the largest BPO companies in Europe. Graduated in Business Economics at Frankfurt University, Jens Moeller holds the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) title, awarded by the Institute of Consulting (UK). His book about Call Centre Outsourcing (2000) made him is one of the quoted authors of the German Ministry of Economics’ best practice guideline “Call Centre Manual”.
The London based company has also an office in Frankfurt.
