Graduated in Business Economics at Frankfurt University, Jens Moeller holds the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) title, awarded by the Institute of Consulting (UK). His book about Call Centre Outsourcing (2000) made him is one of the quoted authors of the German Ministry of Economics’ best practice guideline “Call Centre Manual”.
