Honours 2012
Back![]() |
You’re only as good as the people you surround yourself with, so we thought it was time we had an award solely dedicated to the great people and organisations behind the brilliant work in our industry.
Honours 2012 celebrates and recognises the outstanding talent, success and achievements of individuals across the whole digital and direct marketing spectrum.
While the star of the show at the DMA Awards is the campaign itself, Honours is all about you, the inspirational people and teams behind the big ideas.
What are we looking for?
Creativity, innovation and contribution. In recognition of the vital part they each play in success, we have chosen them as the three categories in the brand new Honours awards.
We’re looking for two organisations and an individual who can demonstrate outstanding achievements in their chosen category.
Who can enter?
Honours is open to everyone, from digital, response and creative agencies to in-house marketing teams and marketing service suppliers. This is your chance to showcase your achievements over the past 12 months.
The lucky winners will get to bask in the glory at the glitzy awards ceremony at Manchester’s Radisson Edwardian on 17 May 2012.
What's more, it’s free to enter, so you really have nothing to lose. Just pick the category you want to enter and click through to our short entry forms.
Award categories
1. Creative brilliance
This category is open to individuals and teams who’ve gone the extra mile to produce great work for their clients. The judges will be looking for evidence of creative thinking within a campaign (that has run in the last 12 months) and proof of brilliant results. Remember, creativity isn’t confined to great creative work but also applies to the behind-the-scenes work, such as data and channel planning.
2. Marketing innovation
This category is open to companies who provide direct marketing services and who’ve stepped up their offering in the last 12 months. The judges will be looking for innovation that’s made a positive and measurable difference to the service offering and improved the quality of output.
3. Outstanding performance
This category is open for personal and nominated entries: put forward a colleague that you feel deserves this accolade. The judges will be looking for evidence of how an individual has played a leading role in contributing to a successful direct marketing strategy or industry participation.
Closing date for all award categories is Thursday 12 April 2012.
